Rocky Horror: Glam & Glitter Headpieces

Get ready to give yourself over to absolute glam in this Rocky Horror-inspired headpiece workshop, created in collaboration with Rosetint Community Theatre to celebrate their upcoming production at Lost in New Haven.

You’ll design and decorate your own over-the-top wearable headpiece with glitter, rhinestones, feathers, and plenty of theatrical flair while enjoying music from and inspired by the show.

We’ll also be joined by Rosetint volunteers in costume, bringing a little of the world of The Rocky Horror Picture Show into the studio as you craft.

No prior crafting experience is needed.

What You’ll Do

During this workshop, participants will:

• Design their own Rocky Horror-inspired headpiece

• Learn basic techniques for building and decorating a wearable headpiece

• Experiment with glitter, rhinestones, feathers, and other embellishments

• Customize their headpiece to create a look that’s uniquely theirs

• Take home a finished headpiece ready for your next Rocky Horror adventure

• Costumes are absolutely encouraged!
