Bring your favorite journal and spend an evening creating alongside fellow journalers in this relaxed, beginner-friendly junk journaling workshop. You'll have access to a curated collection of vintage papers, ephemera, stickers, book pages, and decorative materials to help you create unique spreads, memory pages, collages, and creative layouts.

Whether you're new to junk journaling or already have an established journaling practice, this workshop offers dedicated creative time, inspiration, and access to a wide variety of materials.

Please Note: This ticket does not include journal-making or bookbinding materials. If you'd like to create and bind a new journal from scratch, please purchase the Create & Bind Your Own Junk Journal ticket instead.

What You'll Do

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Create and decorate pages in their own journal

  • Explore layering, collage, and mixed-media techniques

  • Work with vintage papers, decorative elements, and found materials

  • Learn creative ways to add pockets, tags, flip-outs, and interactive elements

  • Connect with fellow creatives in a relaxed and supportive environment

  • Leave with completed journal spreads and plenty of inspiration for future projects

Location: The Clay Date

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Skill Level: Beginner

Age: 16+ recommended

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or apply it to the next meet up. If possible, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a transfer.
