Carve & Print: Linocut Basics

Learn the fundamentals of linocut printmaking in this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop. You’ll design, carve, and print your own linoleum block while learning basic tools, safety, and printing techniques in a relaxed, supportive setting.

No prior printmaking experience is needed.

What You’ll Do

During this workshop, participants will:

• Design a simple linocut image

• Learn safe carving techniques

• Ink and hand-print their block

• Create multiple prints to take home

Age: 16+ recommended

Just bring yourself — everything else is provided.

Good to Know

• Space is limited to keep the workshop hands-on and supportive.

• Aprons will be available, but wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little inky.
