Block Print Studio Edition 01: Custom Totes

Explore the art of block printing on fabric in this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop. You’ll design and print your own custom tote bag using a combination of hand-carved stamps and pre-made block designs with fabric-safe inks in a relaxed, supportive studio setting.

No prior printmaking experience is needed.

What You’ll Do

During this workshop, participants will:

• Carve a simple stamp that can be used as part of your tote design

• Design a tote layout using provided block designs and motifs

• Experiment with composition, spacing, and repeat patterns

• Ink and hand-print directly onto a cotton tote bag

• Layer colors and build a unique finished design

• Create a one-of-a-kind custom tote to take home

Good to Know

Space is limited to keep the workshop hands-on and supportive.
Aprons will be available, but wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little inky.
